About Me

I’m Brandy Washler, the owner behind BW Unlimited. I created this business to give businesses dependable, stress-free financial and HR support backed by real, hands-on experience.

My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business & Communication from Indiana University and a MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked in CFO, Controller, and executive level combined finance/HR roles across a wide range of industries, including nonprofits, small businesses, construction, higher education, religious organizations, and banking. Finance and HR overlap everywhere—payroll, hiring, compliance, people, numbers. When both are handled well, everything else works better. This has given me a solid understanding of what different businesses need when it comes to their books and their people. I have been a lifelong Hoosier and currently reside in Bedford, IN. Wife to Shawn, and Mom to sons Dakota and Carson, I enjoy spending time boating at the lake, being active with my 3 dogs, or tackling a DIY home project.

The Process

  • Call, email, inquire online, or schedule an online consultation with me. The initial meeting will focus on your business, your current processes, and your needs. Flexible meeting times available in person or online via Zoom.

  • I will review your current processes and business needs to develop a quote that is simple and straight-forward. Fees for one-time projects, setup, and recurring monthly services will be provided for your review.

  • A client agreement, timeline, and next steps are created. We simplify your finances and bookkeeping so you can focus on your business and your clients.
